Have just changed my pedals so these are up for sale:

1st set I bought new last May and have been fitted to my summer bike so have only done around 700 miles and are in very good condition with only a few minor marks (as can be seen in photos) £25 inc postage:

2nd set I bought 2nd hand a few weeks ago to fit to a single speed I have built, I have not used them myself but the do have a few scratches but other than that are in good condition £20 inc postage:

I'm in (but I'll more than likely be on my road bike)...

Had a bit of a quiet spot this afternoon and managed to get the old thing built up!
Just need to cut the bars down and get some long drop brakes (if anyone has a set they want rid of please PM me).

Have given it a little ride up the road and back and it feels ok but a bit odd with the bars the way they are!

Quite pleased with it considering it was a budget build based on a frame that was going to scrap.

Have the TT levers been sold? Would like to buy them posted if poss

I have been debating having the frame powder coated by a friend but have since thought better of it and decided to paint it myself, so here are a few pics of the progress so far.

Frame stripped ready to prime:

Forks Painted in Matt Black with a 1st coat of clear lacquer which gives them more of a satin(ish) finish:

I hope to have a couple of coats of primer on the frame tomorrow if I'm not too busy.

Looking for either a 5 bolt chainring to fit to the cranks I currently have (I believe they are 110bcd?) preferably silver and around 40 teeth or a square taper chainset in silver?

Doesn't have to be anything fancy as will be going on a cheapish build.

The cranks are the Sugino ones that came on the frame and I still have the original BB too.

I'm hoping to call in a favour with a chap that does some work for me with regards to the respray.

I have just bought some 700c wheels from a chap on here.

I have the crank arms that came with the bike which seem to have cleaned up well but still need a chainring/chain etc, hoping that a 103 BB will give a good chain line?

I am also in the process of stripping the paint from the frame and plan to give it a respray myself.

Having stripped down my current project I have decided to sell the parts I'm not going to use to help fund the build. As you can see they are not in immaculate condition but should clean up well. I have had a go at cleaning up a small section of the rack and it seems to come up well. The Weinmann calipers are a bit siezed but other than seeem ok. The Suntour downshifters have a bit of surface rust.

Would also consider trades for a 103mm BB, 110bcd chainring and also still looking for a flip flop rear wheel (happy to put some money in too).

The Tektro levers I bought last week but have since change my mind and they are no longer required. In good condition with a few minor marks.

Will I get away with just buying a track/ SS specific rear wheel?

Please forgive my stupidity but what do you mean by:

If you drop the BB closer to 103 mm you may not have to re-dish the wheel.

Sorry should have asked if they are 26mm?
