As per title, a pair of Keo Blades (16nm) for spares only. Never crashed as they're on my TT bike but I noticed the right pedal had a very soft "clip in". There's a fracture running under the pedal which gives on clip in.
Good for spares or if you're looking for a left pedal (?).
Again, spares only!!!
£15 plus a little postage.
Cheers Jon. -

The thing is I've just picked up a track bike with an old HED disc and a tired Mavic/Campag hub front wheel.
They both will do the job I guess but the disc is a little extreme for training so I'm probably going to sell them off and pick up a newer set of wheels.
I'll only be riding indoors at Derby so deep sections don't worry me.
I'm just after a half decent set of wheels that won't break the bank and look good on my T1. -

I bought one of these a few years ago when I got back into cycling. It's a great ride. Stiff, light and a little harsh but I like that. I have Campag Record 10 speed cranks and everything else is now 11 speed.
The original Specialized forks are very nice.
I use it for training and commuting. It's hell of a bike for the money.
Your build looks nice. Keep us posted. -

Afternoon all.
Short time lurker, (probably a day or so) long time on and off cyclist. Been TT'ing this season for the 1st time since I raced as a schoolboy/junior in road races and TT's.I've had a couple of longish club sessions at Newport and Manchester and really fancy dipping my toe in the track a little more often.
Could do with some advice re accreditation and any other track newbie pitfalls etc.
Feel free to take the pee, at 42 I've been around long enough to take it.
Cheers, Jon
Ok no problem. £17 including the postage ok? Or can you collect?
I'm in Rugby.
