hi,i was looking at the cable operated disc brake system for a rd bike.
i recently spoke to a mechanic and he said with thin tyres they are too good
too easy to lock up the wheels and skid.
auh i thought is abs coming ? or is it just a case of a learning curve ?

hi, i have a frame with expanding foam waxoyl in it and i want rid of it.
im sure its added to the weight,and feel of the bike.
i could probably scrape out the seat tube with something but top and
down tubes no. any ideas of a liquid i could inject through the small internal holes
that will disolve it and not strip the paint if a splash gets on it.

thanks for your advice. i will probably source an 8 rear mech and 8 chainset and sell the complete 10 sp group as i have no frame for.

in your answer i take it that the distances between chain rings are the same ? but the tooth spacings are not.or both.or chain line
