yes tis all common sense now.removing the plastic cup is not an issue now,its expendible obviously now. the prob i have now the L hand thread dr side won't turn even with a long torque
wrench ,so if you have any additions to my next plans please let me know.wrench and lump hammer or wrench with a 900mm long scaffold pole slipped over it and if needs it, jump on it !
making sure i havent cocked up and it is to be turned clockwise to remove.thanks clockwise +el saba and i will think of the next owner's and copper slip it. -

hi cheers, yeah theres still a far amount in there but most of the meat is shard. are you saying hammer with a sctrewdriver work around in there.will the bb threads be ok?[ally]. after its outits in the bin as change to 122 . for a triple chainset.pardon should have said removal job.whats left of the cup is flush with the outside of the shell so i would have thought there is still 8mm depth in there.plastic cups are a bad idea i reckon, every one knows plastic looses its plasticiser with age and solvents .

hi i did have some 'omega v's in the 90's not as tough as they look in my opinion.
ma2's well thick on the ground in the 90's,a modern technology rim embracing 90's style.
at the end of the day a v section 30mm deep rim.? 'archetype'[sp?] prhaps.should be plenty others and de badge.if youve got oversized frame tubes more deep rims say 40 look good .
update.lbs broke his wrench trying to unscrew after heating but suspected incorrect direction of turning circle.
local car tyre place using air powered torque driver 'clockwise' job done a good'n.cheer's
