I run 9 speed fine. Pretty sure you could do 10 or 11.

I religiously use friction shifters but always go for a thumb shifter, not downtube. If you use a left hand shifter on the right hand side it a pretty clean, easy to use solution that sits under the bar instead of on-top. You do have to be running flat bars though.

Is anyone else having a shocker with getting local searches back at the moment? We originally put our request in on the 27th August with the original return date of the 7th Oct. They have now been kicked back to the 26th Oct. Seem mental these can take so long. Had a look on the Hackney website and they said they had a technical outage. Is anyone else having issues?

Seeing if there would be any love for my custom reynolds 853 58x58. I got this off ebay in 2016 and it has been ridden a handful of times. The paint job isn’t fantastic and there is no clear coat. It was built by someone in the north (any info from the badge would be much appreciated). It was his 005 build. Pretty spicy geometry. Anyone is welcome to come and have a mosey or a ride, based in kentish town.

Most satisfying meal I could make in one pot was burritos. Cook rice normally and an egg in a zip lock bag (scramble by shaking the bag). Once cooked and when the rice is almost done, add the back beans the warm them up. Cook down until the water has been absorbed. All the while using a tortilla as a lid to warm it up. Avo, tomato and coriander to serve. All this done on a one person primus jet boil thing.
