Trikes are pretty much rough to ride. Really dont have any issues with the long johns. Even UA isnt that bad, e-assist set right feels like an analog.

Ok maybe makes sense then. Last I looked Into price to buy a hub shifter setup it was within 100€ of a rohloff from a shop. Low miles rohloffs generally trade here for under 500€ for a full setup so i sort of wrote it off at the time expecting enviolo pricing.

Is it? Same gear range as rohloff but only 9 gears? For basically the same price? Has any one here blown up a rohloff with a middrive?

This was what sold me on UA also, we had an incident where we tipped over on the longtail, even with the clubhouse I was not happy with how that went.

2 kids in bullit gets bretty tight unless you wanna du like a wide custom box. Longtail is really super pratical for kids.

Thats probably a gearing issue. You need to size up the chain ring substantially.

mounting hardware is in the post, next job is some temp webbing and a seatbelt so my kid can ride. Also have a bbso2 kicking around but so far its not that needed.

Picked up a full om-nom-nom rack and extender setup for my hase pino conversion. Building something nice was going to cost 50% as much for 3x the weight and 5x the jank.
