Hiya, help needed . I have new end caps to convert my 130mm single speed Phil Wood hub to 120 but can't figure out how to get the second end cap off . The first comes off easily with the 8mm hex wrench but then the second can't be untightened from the spinning axle . I just want to change the spacers and not the bearings .

I shoot digital for work but still use a Rollei 3.5F, a Fuji 645 rangefinder and my favourite Konika Hexar to keep my eye in. The Rollei is especially good as you have to really think about composition with a back to front style viewfinder. I send all my 120 to Genie Imaging and they do a great dev & scan service . Now that Fuji have discontinued Neopan 120 I shoot c41 predominantly .

Here's my Olmo Giro converted to single speed, Phil Wood hubs and a few other bits left over from my courier days 20 yrs ago, about to change the frame for something smaller

thanks I'll have another go, they're the end cap spacers with the internal threads that both screw onto the axle . I have some old 1980's press fit ones too and they're strictly for Condor to deal with as as far as i know they're the only ones who have the tools .
