Thanks all - I've decided to go with deuxanimaux's suggestion for the Ortleib City Panniers. The problem is I need the shoulder strap. The website says I need the E172 Shoulder Strap, it's cheap - only $5 USD - problem is I can only find the E172 strap for sale on US sites. Does anyone know where I can get the E172 site from the UK?
I have checked everywhere - even Ortlieb's website directly - not even there!

Thanks all for the suggestions. I ended up getting the Tortec ultralite rear rack - similar to the velocity, just a bit wider
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/tortec-ultralite-rear-rack/Thanks all for the Ortlieb suggestions, I'm dead set on these now - just need to find the best ones. Ideally one that can convert to a backpack, but the ones I've seen are quite expensive!
ortleib city panniers
about £30 each and they do the job nicelyThese are good - found two of these on wiggle http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ortlieb-back-roller-city-panniers/ problem is they don't have a shoulder strap when I have to go into the city without my bike... for example, these ones seem to have the shoulder strap

Hi, I'm looking for your suggestions pls on the best rack/pannier bag combo for commuting?
Ideally the bags will be waterproof, reflective, and the rack will be light weight.
This will be going on a Specialized Secteur Elite bike.
I'd also like to ensure a rear fender can attach to it.
Thanks in advance

Hi all, i'm looking for a womens road bike recommendation for someone who is 4'11". I'm not looking for a larger bike and just to put the seat post down, rather want her to be comfrotable riding the bike so she'll go on more trips with me.
Must haves:
- Road/Touring Bike; not a folding bike
- Have ability to have pannier / rack
- Ideally be able to be bought locally in London (eg not some expensive custom build)
- Decent components and design - she wants it not pinkish and girly looking but fit for a girl.
- Price range £250ish
Thanks in advance

Hi All,
I live in a Victorian Conversion lower ground floor flat which has my own entrance and subsequently a small 'patio' area - I currently store my bikes here but what I'd like to do is buy a shed to put my bikes inside.
It's central London so the shed would need to be lockable/secure but also waterproof.
I was thinking buying a shed from B&Q or Homebase however they are too big and don't fit in the area.
Anyone have any suggestions? Attached is a photo of what the patio looks like.
Cheers
