When you turn up at servicemen's funerals with shouty signs saying that you are glad he's dead, that normally emotionally unsettles people.
When those pictures are spread around the world, and lots of people who have lost someone they love imagine the WBC turning up at their loved ones funerals with similar signs - that definately unsettles people.
Plus, and lets be honest here, they aren't the most....erm.... satorial... people you want at your husband / wife's funeral.
And those people who are happy to call themselves Christians don't really want to be associated with them. A bit like the fact that I drive a car, but don't ever compare me to Jeremy Clarkson.
Bollocks - they've drawn me in again.
Why do people care so much about him and westboro? Its only a bunch of 70people with shouty signs. How are they able to emotionally unsettle so many people around the world?

I've had a version of the firefox for about 6 years. It packs up very small. When they are new they are great. Mine got washed wrongly, and now I often find condensation on the inside - on the other hand I do sweat like a pig so I tend to avoid waterproofs unless I absolutely have to wear them.Kathmandu stuff is well made, but the sizing can be a bit weird - they aren't made to fit Brits. I've had a fleece which has lasted 13 years and is still my number one choice. People will think you are a Kiwi / Aussie though.

Vegan boots? Look nice (both the boots & the picture).
What lens?Yes, vegan boots. They belong to Mrs P. The lens is the minolta md 50mm, f1.7. I do like this camera. I'm really impressed with the viewfinder. The auto mode is apature priority, and there's a fully manual mode as well.
Where did you find the Vista Plus 400? the 200 version is pretty common here.

Went shopping for an ME Super or a Minolta SRT 101 yesterday. Came back with a Minolta X300 for half the price of the ME super. My only regret is not buying the full set of lenses to go with it. Loving it so far, will post pics when I have them. Wanted it as a car/posing camera.
got them back - happy

Name a massive human rights issue, a major war, or humanitarian crisis caused by women.
While we are at it, I'll add almost every abuse case in the care industry, the abuse of children at the hands of nuns in the 50s and 60s, and the continued campaigning to have sex workers and their client criminalised while ignoring the wishes of the sex workers themselves.

I don't get the "go Dutch" thing. On my last visit to 'dam I saw very little segregation outside the main streets, lots and lots of very close shaves, and behavior from both cyclists and drivers which would have led to shouty slanging matches and fisticuffs in London.
Which leads me to conclude that it's the attitude of all the population which makes the difference, not the "rules".

Had enough of compacts. Will be putting all mine on ebay soon.

Cheap boxes = wasted money
Metal toolboxes only if you use them for work (factory, workshop etc)
Sales are on at the moment.
Not terribly helpful, I got my big box from homebase, which I love but its domestic use only. My bike tools live in a canvas bag, so I can easily carry it around, and I've got a 5 pond jobby which is always breaking so it gets used for everything else.

these are the best according to moneysavingexpert. http://www.bestforeignexchange.com/
order online and you can pick it up in london the same dayseconded.
Mrs P is very "frugal" and she always insists we use them.
FWIW, we go over to Europe twice a year, and take about 500 euros cash each time. Split it up in lots of wallets / purses in case you lose it / get robbed. Never had any problems.
use a atm/ credit card for emergency cash and large purchases. You might want to let your cc provider know you are going - we had a cc purchase refused in Spain because the bank thought it was stolen. Mrs P went ballistic with the bank when we got home.
Have fun, you lucky thing.
