Have just upgraded to a new chainset so no longer have a need for this.
A black Miche Primato Advanced chainset bought from Condor about 4 months ago. Has seen plenty of use and has simply proven to me that it's a light and durable chainset for people on a budget. There's some scuffs but as far as I can tell there's no damage to tapers or threads and the scuffs are purely cosmetic. The bolts are a bit mismatched (must be at least 3 different brands) but obviously this is shouldn't cause any problems. Will give the chainset a good clean before passing it on. 144BCD, 165mm length and 46 teeth.
£50 -> £47-> SOLD
Matching Miche Primato BB that has only been used for 3 or 4 days. Had really chunky chainstays so there were some problems with the cranks rubbing. Except for the dirt, perfect condition.
SOLD
Park Tools BBT-5 BB tool (picture obviously isn't mine but I didn't feel the need to take one). Used less than a handful of times.
£5.
I can deliver to Central London during weekday working hours or will post, if you're happy to pay for it.

That was my first guess as well but I think it might be the actual carbon composite replacement rather than the actual sole bits. I've found a few German sites (like this for example - http://www.bike-discount.de/en/buy/mtb-sohle-srs-grey-red-17249/wg_id-1294) where you can get the replacement bits for Dragon 3 so I'll get in touch with Sidi and ask them whether they would fit Dragon 2's.

Get the ones with velcro. As opposed to other brands, the ratchet is very good indeed but not worth paying extra £50. Several friends of mine actually said they preferred the days when cycling shoes were all velcro (as according to them you could get a better fit, even if it was by a few mm's). But then again, velcros wear out and cannot be replaced (at least not officially).

Shoes came yesterday and Sidi's are king. EU 48 fit perfectly for my 12 UK foot, not too narrow or short as I feared they may be. On another note though, after the blunder of sending out my Sidi's with a Standard instead of Express delivery, Sidi Cafe is yet to reply to my e-mail (has been 3 days now). While they clearly can't differentiate between delivery types, the goods came and that's all I really care about.

Once upon a time, I bought a 3rd or 4th hand Goldtec wheelset and apparently someone had changed the bearings already however, I felt that perhaps it's time for another change as they felt a bit shit.
Long story short, after many hours of intense banging and WD40 I managed to get the bearings out from the rear hub (whoever changed them before me didn't bother greasing the housing/axle) however, despite my best attempts, the front doesn't even seem to budge.With the upcoming weekend I was considering just spraying the living shit out of it with WD40, letting it rest overnight and then seeing whether it has made any difference but that is more or less all I've got.
Anyone have any tips or advice for dealing with the situation?
A bit off topic here
Where the hell can I get Soreen? Do any of the bigger chain stores (Sainsbury's, Tesco's)? And in what section is it found?
