I’m 6’5 and use the telescopic seatpost. I do like quite a bit of handlebar drop on my bikes and am quite flexible. Maybe I should go and test the S version before deciding anything. The extra reach would be nice too. I do think that I will just end up buying the JK midrise bar.

I have a post 2017 Brompton with the M stem and handlebars. I’d like to have a lower handlebar from the stock setup and love the look of the bike with the S stem and flat bars. But I am quite tall and I think the stock S setup is a bit too low for me. My dealer proposed a swap to H stem and flat bars, which would put me a bit higher from the S setup but lower than M and with the flat bar look I like. Am I stupid for even thinking about this and should I just replace my current bars with the JK mid rise bars and deal with the riser bar look?

Any long folk here have a Bridge Club in size XL? I desperately need a do it all, touring & commuting bike and it’s one of the few currently available. I’m 6’4 and was wondering if the XL is still a bit too small. The low stack is a bit of a worry for me.

Got myself a cheap Pelago Stavanger frameset in size 67 and built a tourer/everydaybike and have been very happy with it. Planning on adding some mudguards and a dynamo-setup later.

Been happily riding my Pelago San Sebastian through the winter. Just changed some slicks on from the winter tires and took some pictures of it :)

Got my Scanini frameset in the mail and slapped some Campagnolo on it and went for a ride. Have to change the cables and housings to new ones but otherwise it was very enjoyable.

Thanks! Yeah it is a bit too small, but no money atm :D also it isn't narrow-wide so have to upgrade to that too. Also on the list are new gears, that old Shimano 7-speed shifter isn't working too well anymore.

Added a front rack to my 90´s mtb to serve better as a shopping bike :D (14 kg of cats litter box sand in the pic). New tires also, Thunder Burts, much better than my old Mountain Kings, feels like a new bike.

It may be a bit too nose up, but I think it looks worse in the pic than it really is. Felt quite comfy :)

It works suprisingly well but I guess I should change it to a spacer hanger. Thanks for the offer but I'm in Finland so postage could be a bit expensive, and I actually think I might have one lying around somewhere :)

I am almost happy with my allrounder Empella Bonfire that I bought from here. Only things that still need some attention are new cables and some wider tyres. Cassette could need a replacement too but no moneyz atm so it will have to do.

I'm still not quite settled with the setup in regards to stem length etc. I changed the stem from 70mm to 90mm and it's def better but I think I might try a longer one. I know the frame is a bit small but it was such a bargain that I had to get it, and besides I think its just about in the limits for me.

Installed a new stem, risers and paselas. Ebayhustler sent 135mm stem instead of a 100mm but its not too bad.

Really digging that color and the gumwalls fit nice!

I drilled mine with a small hand drill, no problems. Start with a small one and then take out the bigger one. You don't have to drill the whole bar, drill from one side and when you get far enough drill from the other side and the bar falls off.

Sanded down the original clear coat and was careful not to touch the carbon on the fork. Then quite many layers of white primer and green paint + clear coat.

My Dolan got a new paint coat :) a little rough but I'm happy with it. Ran out of paint so have to get a bit more and retouch some parts.
