What wheels are they?

They are Chinese 60mm carbon wheels with Novatec track hub, the weight is about 1700g.

Wow! So if I ask for "black chrome powder coat" I get that?! Is that the stock pomp fork as well?

Thats what I got. It's even better in person.

It's the stock fork. Got the whole frame used at a bargain price but it was in desperate need of a paint job. As far as I'm concern powder coat is the way to go if you want a durable finish.
