Mine is single speed. I get a good quad workout going up the hills in Colchester and I like to keep things simple!

Yous will be practically passing my house when you cross the river by the Colchester B&Q. I would love to join you for the last bit up to claco but childcare duties mean I can't. Saying that my 2 year old rides single speed, its the 10 weeker thats the problem!
