and i will put on a new chain and freewheel for the sale so no servicing needed for years. Its amn awsome little bike, solid as a rock and a beauty to ride. Sad to see it go .

Now about the bars. I have bullhorns, drops or risers I am willing to put on, your choice, as I need to keep the nitto randeneurs that are fitted in the picture EDIT: I have fitted brand new blb track drops to keep the looks and still use the mafac levers.

I have for sale some 9speed veloce shifters, I have run them as both 3 x 9 and 2 x 9. the hoods are a little tatty after a minro crash and a bit of touring and the silver has rubbed of the levers at the top but they are in good working order. Excellent for your 9 speed pub bike, winter trainer or awesome audux/ tourer. - £45 squid
They are currently mounted on a lovely pair of 3ttt handlebars in gun metal 40 cm ctc so nice and narrow, they are cool because they have a traditional round curve but the double grooves for running campy ergos. cool for converting old steel racer to STI without loosing the classic look. the bars have a cosmetic scratching on the lower left curve - £10

Don't know if you found any shifters but I have a pair of campy veloce shifters in good working order, the hoods are a cut up and the silver rubbed of the levers a little but working fine.
£50 squid sound fair?
