Selling this tubular track wheelset, which I bought off a friend but didn't use as have opted for clinchers instead on my track bike. The tan wall tyre on the rear has lost a patch of rubber and needs to be replaced.

Pair of 10 speed shifters for sale, they're crash scarred but still working fine. Campag Centaur 10 speed, black/red carbon (effect) shifters... now discontinued (bought new last year). Also got the rear derailleur from the same groupset for sale, again Centaur 10 speed and a little scuffed.

40cm shallow drop bars, 27.2mm post, 100mm stem. Used a couple of years ago on a winter bike for a few months, so there are tape marks on the bars but otherwise in great condition.

Are you stretching well after riding?

Could well be a tight ITB that's causing knee pain. Check out this article on Cycling Weekly.

A trip to the physio would be a good bet as they can advise on stretches and which muscles you need to strengthen.

Selling this frameset as it's a little on the large side for me. Great for winter training and commuting, with mounts for mudguard and panniers. Frame is about a year old and in good condition, with just a few scratches and cable rub on the head tube. Comes with Alpina headset and Dolan carbon forks bought second hand (no mount for front mudguard). Fork steerer cut down to 216mm.
