I have my old Shimano 105 10 speed RD short cage which came off the back of my road bike. Switched to a medium cage when I found out my old one couldn't handle a 28-tooth cog.

Still in a good nick apart from the inevitable scratches and still shifts nicely.

Have a crusty-ass 100mm Specialized stem sitting around. Came off of my 2012 Specialized Langster. Obvious signs of wear i.e. scratches; bolts have rust but in good working order nonetheless. 31.8mm diameter.
