Hello everyone, i have the opportunity to buy a Campy Record 126mm rear hub and also a Regina 6speed freewheel. The seller has no ideea what kind of threading both have, so i was wondering how can i tell if they are English, French, Italian or ISO threaded ? i've read that if they are not compatible , you'll end up with a ruined hub or a stuck freewheel...
Thank you for any information on the subject.
P.S. Going to bike shop for professional help is excluded. Where i'm from the "professional personnel" don't know jack except fixing MBK's or saying "it's old, why don't you buy something newer"

I just bought a Colnago Super which appears to date from the late 80's. And i'm a little bit confused. It is full Campy NR/SR except for the rear wheel hub , which is an 8 speed Dura Ace. I measured the distance between the rear stays and it seems to be 130mm (didn't take the wheel off , but i'm pretty sure i measured it right). Did the after-1986 Super models use this kind of spacing? Or has it been spreaded by the previous owner(s) ? I want to buy a rear Record hub and i dont know what to do, which hub size to go for or if i should get the stays back to 126mm...
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you. -
does anyone know what would this F Moser worth? i have the opportunity to buy it, but the seller isn't very talkative...as far as i can see it's equipped with shimano 600 tricolore, "m" engraving on tub tube, some Fir wheels..what would be the market price for this? in case i buy it and it isn't the right size for me.. (if you could guess the size from the photos..it'd be great. maybe a 54? ) thank you. Best regards. http://www.imagesup.net/dm-213738063646.png

Hi, sorry for posting offtopic in your thread, but i need a bit of advice and coventry eagle suggested you might help me. I'm still a newbie, therefore no PM function yet. I was wondering what model\year this Colnago might be? I only know that is equipped with 8 speed campa chorus and mavic sup wheels. And maybe a fair price for it. Thank you. http://www.flickr.com/photos/97514393@N04/9044072319/
