Nope, you source you’re own. And any restauration work needs to be done either before you drop it of or after you pick it up. And then you spend another couple of months chasing down all the squeeks and rattles you didn’t hear because of the noise of the ICE 😅.
Given your attention to detail cost will probably double… -

02/01/22 83kg
17/01/22 84,6kg (big carb dinner day before)
21/01/22 82,2kg
04/02/22 82,3kg
12/02/22 81,9kg
19/02/22 81,6kg
26/02/22 80,1kg
Goal: 80kg with more muscle massFrom this week on I’m going to eat a bit more and keep training on the bike and keep lifting weights. See if I can remain 80ish kg and lose a bit more flab.

Goal 80kg with more musclesSlow steps but moving in the right direction. Last week of my ten week beginners training schedule starts tomorow, adding more weightlifting to my week after this. And longer days mean more riding outside instead of riding on my trainer 😊.

@Acliff
4 slices of bread instead of 8 with lunch and 1 pc of fruit on my coffee breaks instead of 2pc+cake. And fewer beers on the weekend. -

Question for @skinny ; what’s the MTBing like around Girona? What sort of trails are there predominantly?

Edit; Wrong thread 🤦🏼♂️
@Norfolkbound I’m in awe, great going so far and enjoy some time off in a weeks time! -

Did my first Zwift “race” yesterday 🥵. Part of my more riding was buying a second hand Tacx smart trainer and starting a training plan on Zwift. Entered the FFWD race series as an extra training session. Finished 148th of 190 finishers. Rest day today, training tomorow and MTB ride on Saturday. No idea ‘bout weight as I don’t own a scale and can only weigh at my gf.
Big extra motivation; planning a trip to São Miguel (Azores) to go mountainbiking in June

Current weight 83kg, goal 80ish but lose the bellyfat and put on some muscle again.
I worked really hard to reach 80kg a year ago, was the heaviest I ever been at that weight, but quit working out and riding much less while eating the same 🤦🏼♂️. 186cm/6’1, 41yrs, 31 waist (only just). More riding, more workouts, less snacking and alcohol. -
Google nv200 camper conversion and a couple of pics turn up with a side/rear canopy.
Edit; a batwing awning might be what you’re looking for?
