I did backpool to hull this summer 2 days and a morning, pretty care free really if you know how to camp and what areas to look out for, plan a route and have tools to repair punctures etc the trip sorts it's self

Hoping I wasn't spotted stacking it on the strand this lunch gt85 makes for slippy peddles when pushing off unclipped

Highway maintenance are doing a good job of that! Some of the pot holes I get herded into on narrow roads are awful

A possible way to improve the situation would be to enforce field of vision in the MOT of vehicles so correct mirrors which reduce blind spots would have to be installed sighing 12 months and liability is tracable on all vehicles that don't have said mirrors

iv missed my frame before when locking up, I noticed because the lock dropped to the floor. Tired people make mistakes. So unless it is a theft attempt, I'd say tired cyclist not bad

Pointless and foolish generalisations can go both ways, and serve no useful purpose.

The biggest difference is while people riding bicycle* are likely to cause harm to themselves by cycling with risk, people driving cars are likely to cause harm to others by driving with risk.

*never use the word cyclist as it somehow implied they're a different lower species.
