650b tyre options, mostly road and canal/river path, with the odd foray into the woods on likely dry days. Frame can take max 47mm, but looking for something maybe in the 40-42 range to be able to run mudguards, or just plump for 47 and deal with the skidmarks

I'm looking to convert my bike to flat bar, but want to use my GRX crankset and front derailleur and 105 R7000 rear. Are there any flat bar shifters that would make this work? Ideally I'd like to keep the GRX crankset for the lower gears to save my knees.
