Thanks for the info. I did momentarily toy with the idea of trying to build them up myself but I've not the tools or any knowledge on what spokes and lengths to get and all that. It might work out more cost effective this way.

What's a reasonable price for handbuilt or off the shelf dynamo wheelset? I had ordered a pair off Wiggle but those now seem to have been lost in the courier network. Looking for something 650b. Hunt has a pair with Son28 at £600. I didn't want to spend that much, something closer to £400 or is that unrealistic?

What's a reasonable timeframe from making payment to the seller updating you posting items you've paid for. I get it's the bank holiday, but it's been radio silence from the seller for four days since I paid for stuff to be posted.

Looks like my wheels I've ordered from Wiggle has gotten lost. Wiggle says Yodel has collected the item, Yodel say they're still waiting for Wiggle to pack ready for collection. All the while, I've been refunded but the wheels are no longer in stock so I can't just buy it again. Shame as it was their audax wheels with dynamo.

Thanks for the info. The second one with the extra lights went up in price so that made my decision a little easier. And the cheaper one is always on so as least I won't have to worry about forgetting to turn on. Not sure how useful daylight mode will be, drivers will still say they didn't see you.
