Have used this maybe 2 times (think the tags are still attached) since purchasing it for an exorbitant amount factoring in import etc.
Great bag, roll top, can be strapped to handlebars/headtube as a bar bag, saddle/seatpost as a seat pack, or used as a pannier.
Reflective band, light loop, two front pockets under Velcro flap, main pocket stated as 8L can be overstuffed up to 12.
It’s green 👍🏻✅

It was more poking fun at the potential regulatory rebrand
I think the fee thing is smart, the eBay balance seems questionable given they now have complete control of your finances.
Before you could authorise a payment or pay through PayPal/ withdraw to bank account. Now they operate an ‘open’ account where you can use your eBay balance for purchases, paying fees and withdrawing. Which seems like they would need some sort of financial regulation / accreditation. -

buyers are set to face a charge. How it will be applied is yet to be determined though it will take effect early next year, the company said.
Its UK boss told Sky News the fee would be "small"
Apparently did this last year on German eBay and it’s worked wonders for active users
Probably just turn around and add 5%-8% fee on top of purchase price in line with their competitors
