Thanks and fully aware of the time issues. The space for the Turbo is non-negotiable for this reason (parents with good physical and mental health will surely help...)
I have 2 x wheelsets and 1 x group etc that will be swapped over to the new bike. I would transfer the group on the SSSE to my existing gravel bike that I am bored of and sell it.
TT will be kept for the turbo, along with this do-it-all bike. The remaining 6 will have to find a home :(
Edit: live abroad and limited choice to try things, would have to order from the UK and ship.

Does anybody have a Supersix SE?
Impending baby arrival means losing a precious bike storage room and I might have to go down the mythical one bike for everything route. Need something light(ISH) and fairly racy for road stuff, but also with capability to do lux gravel (mud not an issue where I am). I don't want a Crux.
Geo and price on Supersix SE work, and it takes up to 45mm which is enough for me. Any reason not to buy?

Lovely bike. I had one of these and I think Principia made the best alu frames. I raced my Attitude and snapped it and I crashed my Msle pro hard and it didn't.
Yeah, it's pretty crazy light, but also seems absolutely solid.
Was it you that was interested in the pink Rascal? It might be time for me to move it on...

I bought this on a whim a few years ago when I was going through a bit of a Principia and Klein obsession. The frameset was NOS with just a couple of marks from storage (the worst one underneath the down tube). Built it up with some fairly decent bits, rode it for approx 100km in the dry, then left it pretty much unused since. The frameset takes V or disc brakes, but I set up with disc. It was recently serviced by a professional and the brakes seem more effective than any of my other bikes (probably because a professional serviced them).
I think the frame is a medium and a 2005/6, although I can find very little info out there. ST is 17.5"/44.5cm, and the TT is around 56cm. It has 26" wheels and is very fun to throw around, although I think it is too small for me. It weighs 10.8kg, which the internet tells me is similar to Canyon's XT hardtail. Parts below:
Principal MSLE frameset 17.5"
Easton EA90 wheelset (bought NOS and very light)
Manitou Markhor 100mm forks (bought brand new and we're about £300 iirc)
XT 3x9 groupset
KCNC headset and bars
Schwalbe Smart Sam 26x2.1 (using tubes but I think tubeless)
Ultimate USE carbon post and Ritchey saddleNo idea how to price this. It's in very good condition, and the forks/wheelset are basically new. Also, it's a Principia! Lets start with £480>430. Bike is in Leicestershire, but I will be in London at various points between now and 30th December. Can post at cost.
Better photos to follow in daylight (lovely sparkly paint!)

Seems as good a place to ask as any. Due to family health challenges, I'm having to come back to the UK quite a bit recently. Bought a nice and cheap (but oldish) 29er hardtail with a decent spec. Came with fairly knackered Race Kings that are very fast on gravel/road, but nearly killed me on SFAB bridleways which is where it will get used a lot. Going to buy some new tyres, but don't want to lose all speed on road as approx 50% of rides so far have been on tarmac. Would Cross Kings be a happy medium or something a bit more aggressive? Any other brands to consider? Internet is overwhelming with the number of recommendations and I have very little MTB experience.

After 8 years of messing around, I finally have it built up!
Still to do:
- Remove stem graphics (tub glue remover is best but I appear to have run out and wife's 'natural' nail polish remover doesn't seem to work
- New, shallower carbon wheelset en route (Reynolds AR41)
- Replace fork graphics
- Replace chainrings with some Praxis ones I have kicking around somewhere
- Contemplate headset swap but don't think I can find lower stack than the existing Record one
- Remove stem graphics (tub glue remover is best but I appear to have run out and wife's 'natural' nail polish remover doesn't seem to work

The car was tagged as linked to a firearms incident. The guy was in 67, one of the more famous Drill groups with plenty of naughty boys in it. He was well-known and had history. He wasn't just some unknown.
There's clearly an argument to be had about where the line is regarding lethal force. It's also clear there are significant problems regarding the conduct of some police officers, particularly in the Met. However, the childish ACAB idiots, who will immediately go against the police at every given opportunity do not help the situation. I'm sure that I read recently that there was a month where there were zero applications to join the Met for the first time ever. That's not going to help the situation at all.

Your argument was a thoroughly bizarre 'what if' fallacy.
I've watched the video. The police were trying to stop him and he failed to comply, before aggressively maneuvering his vehicle in a way that put officers' lives at risk. You are somehow pinning the blame on the officer for standing in the way of a criminal who is trying to get away!
Do you believe that people should stop for the police, who have clearly identified themselves?
He had a chance to stop, he didn't because he's a hitman for a well-known gang who had recently carried out an attempted execution. Logic would say that he would do anything to get away (including running over plod).

A police vehicle had closed up to the rear of the Audi before the shot was fired, meaning the car could no longer move.
He was clearly trying to get away between the two cars in front. In a Q8, that would easily push them to the side. Very odd to suggest he was could no longer move ffs.
The car was tagged as being involved in a firearms incident. It was driven by a career criminal who then used a murder weapon (the car) in an aggressive way. Fuck around, find out.

You're right that South Leicestershire/North Warks is pretty poor for good off-road options. It's more plentiful if you approach Rugby or Coventry but that's some ways away. Generally North Warwickshire does feel a tad like an industrial wasteland overall, comprised of mainly rotten back lanes, fast A-roads and industrial parks it seems.
Agreed. My family are not actually far from Rugby, but I have ended up driving to the Peaks in the past. It's a bit less industrial if you go east of Lutterworth or even east of Kibworth Harcourt. Not sure about the off road options, though. There's always Rutland Water lol.

and @keepit here's my review of the Leicestershire gravel route I rode last week.
Brilliant video! So many village names I haven't even thought of for over 20 years. Looks like some ok sections, but also a bit faffy (and probably horrendous in December when I will next visit).
If you happen to go again, you can stop for cake and take the steam train (Bosworth Battlefield line) from Shenton to Shackerstone - the website says they can carry bikes!
Noticed you went through Beacon Hill - it's quite nice round there, think there might be some routes through Bradgate Park/Swithland Woods also.

Care to expand upon this? (not being snarky). Geo seems fine to me?
