Something a little different. I picked this up a while back as a project for my gf that never happened.
I think that it's in really good condition for it's age, with lots of shiny chrome, and only minimal patina on the wheels/mudguards. It has a brand new, comfy saddle. The frame is near perfect, apart from a few small marks, and a missing pump braze on (pictured). It could probably benefit from a good wipe down as it has been collecting dust (please see close up of the rim to show what lies beneath the dust!) Sturmey rear 3x hub is very nice condition.
The sharp ones amongst you will notice that there are no brakes and the Sturmey cable is missing. This is because I took the whole thing apart and then managed to lose them. To be honest, I had visions of getting rid of the Sturmey and making it fixed/single. I actually have the Sturmey cable. Because the brakes are missing, the pannier rack/mudguards are missing.
So, to get this working, you would just need 2 x calipers and some cables which should be a sub £20 job if you shop about a bit.
I need to get rid of this asap, hence the low price. I will be in London (Clapton but have car) this weekend, and ideally need it gone then. If the brakes are an issue to you, I have found a place locally that has some, and can fix it all tomorrow night for an extra £20 if somebody is interested.
I think that this is a very good price, I have seen shabbier ones go for £120 - £160
£90 as it is/£110 with new calipers/cables

come on mate, do it!
I really really shouldn't, but I think that this frame and I are destined to be together. It's so beautiful, and I was really pissed when I didn't buy from you last time, assumed I had missed my chance.
I'm skint till Friday, let me mull it over...
ps, I would not change a thing with it!

Need to raise some funds, so here we go...sorry about the poor qulity pictures, left my camera at work!
Orca Equip swimming/triathlon wetsuit size 8 - fitted me ok and I am 6' and (was) around 12.5 stone. As can be seen, there was a decent sized hole on the hip that I have patched up. I have since used it for training and 1 triathlon last year, and it was fine. Only a couple of small nail marks apart from this. Will include the Black Witch adhesive also. Perfect if you want a bargain for your first tri £55>>£50 posted
Bontrager 27.2 post sold
TWO Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed rear mechs. One works but is a bit scruffy. One is a bit better condition but has a little bit snapped. Maybe you can mate them into some kind of perfect derailleur! £20>>>£18 posted for both
SRAM 9 speed cassette. Was about £45 new, and has seen less than 100 dry miles I think. £20>>£18>>£16 posted

RIP rider.
That four lane junction is absolute chaos, and pretty hairy even when driving a car. People constantly going too fast/changing lanes without indicating etc. I assume the HGV was turning left up towards Sneinton.
In fact, the route through that side of the city from the top of Mansfield Rd down to near Hooters can be pretty terrifying on a bike, try my best to avoid it.

Cool aero steel bike.
Wow, love this. It appears to be a Maxi-sports CLM équipe, which I have never heard of before.
Really, really like this....and I have to go to Toulouse for work in a week or so...and I have an evening free...and I have a hire car...2 hours drive...
Can't see a price or am I being thick?

Long haired man wearing huge over-ear headphones and riding orange Merckx on what I think was Essex Rd.
Next time you decide to pull out into the road and turn around right after coming off the pavement, perhaps you should look to see if anything is coming? Next time I might not be so quick to act and have to take evasive action of my elbow to your face. Or even worse, I could be a lorry (that you wouldn't be able to hear).
Cunt.

For those asking, afraid that I just don't have time to pack up to post, and it will cost a fortune.
really need this gone, so £60 sold as it is, for collection/meet in London this weekend. This is a bloody bargain!
