Unless fundamentally crap I'll still go for the Chameleon if it ends for an amazing price just because it's pretty. In the meantime I'll look for steel and second hand wheels.

I was tempted for a moment by the Canyon lux, which is 10% off at the moment but apparently the geo's a little old school?

There's a carbon SC chameleon for sale close to me and if it ends at an okay price I might go for it! If not I'll look for something with more up to date geometry.

Any opinions on the Santa Cruz Chameleon? Alternative 120mm light-ish hardtails?

Would getting a mountain bike when I live in Brixton be ridiculous? Are there places to ride nearby or should my dreams remain dreams?
