I bought an Alan Aluminimum last week, it came as a box of bits so I am building it up at the moment. I managed to take it a ride along the street yesterday by screwing the derailleur up to lock it in second top gear. I have to admit it seems like a nice ride, just hope I can manage to complete the built soon.
Good luck with the sale

Anti weight-weenie, well, you did ask!
Now that Humber is a proper bicycle, I remember when we used to ride 90 miles to the Wobbly Wheelers 10 Mile Time Trial and back before breakfast, now, let me tell you young man Zzzzzzzzzzzzz
I've owned the Humber for about 15 years, it belonged to my wife's aunt who bought it new. I used to take my dog for a run with me on the Humber, I could just outpace him and no more on it
No. They can stay. Please.
Glad you like it
