The rear fork is exactly what I was looking at but I was looking at road bike as I thought this may have been some kind of own build. On the photos I have looked at it looks like it has some grooves running down the top of the downtube. This is what I need so I can make an informed decision but I think I have my mind set on this anyway.

Its the cleaning products that has duped me! No thief is that clean unless he has just cleaned the bike with Mr Muscle!!!

This is why I posted this on here. It all sounds a little dubious really. I have been trying to find out who makes the frame but no joy. I just need as much info as I can to make an informed decision. I need something thats on the road and half decent so I can work on it as I go along and this is at the top of my budget at the moment.
