@Velocio - been selecting 'Follow' in lots of threads but they aren't appearing in my 'Following' section. Is there something I'm not doing right? Apologies if this has already been asked and I missed it - did have a search!

Hi all,
Probably not the best place for this, but thought I'd leave it up here for a week before I resign myself to ebay. This is my wife's old training bike - a Trek Madone 4.5 WSD (Women's Specific Design), 52cm. Selling as she has decided with family commitments that this isn't getting the use, so we are swapping it for a Wattbike so she can train at home.
Full carbon frame and fork, Shimano 105 throughout (triple compact chainset so you won't be short of gears). New Fizik grip tape and brand new Fizik Arione saddle (neither I nor the wife got on with it so thought I would pop it on here for the sale). Will include bottle cages but not pedals.
Give me a shout if you have any questions. I bought it originally off the Trek Demo Sale website and it hasn't missed a beat over the last two seasons. Annoyingly it was knocked over at home the other day and the rear mech hanger has slightly bent, so one gear is slipping slightly. Every other gear runs fine. Replacement hanger can be bought for 18 quid. Otherwise in good running order, solid shifting, true wheels etc. The paint has a fair few marks and a couple of chips. Nothing massive though.
Bought this for 1110, so how does 550 sound? Shout if this is way off! Cheers.

It's borderline dangerous considering she's 100% aware that he's literally in front of her, she actually slow down a bit after the light change as he set off.
Yet she choose to ram him, which can be classified as attempt manslaughter.
The sentencing is not too dissimilar to those who were killed by drivers under similar circumstance (or less).
3 months for a very young driver, that's nothing.
What in the name of buggery are you talking about? Attempted manslaughter? Manslaughter by its very definition is accidental, so please do inform as to how one can attempt an accidental act. Intriguing.

Saw this yesterday. Definitely not a Cervelo. Wrote a quick note to the guy suggesting he speak to whoever he bought it off for £600 as it is no Cervelo, but an old resprayed Boardman Team (worth a lot less than £600) and he might want to try to get some money back. Got this quite fantastic reply:

Hi there,
Boardman Comp bike for sale, resprayed and used as a training bike. Has served me well for a season or so but got a good deal on another bike so this is now surplus to requirements. I have upgraded almost everything on this bike, it runs perfectly and has many brand new parts on it including the cassette, chain, bars, stem and seatpost. The bike has always been cleaned post ride and stored inside. No chips or damage to paintwork.
Looking for £620 which I think is fair given the condition and top notch spec which is set out below (open to offers though if you feel this is too high):
Boardman Comp aluminium frame (large size - 56 top tube, 56 seat tube - I'm a smidge over 6ft and fits as seen in photos). Professionally resprayed as original colour was not to my taste - beautiful finish.
Boardman carbon fiber blade fork
Ritchey Pro deep wall rims and hubs, laced with aero spokes
Shimano ultegra brake levers/shifters
Shimano ultegra front and rear mechs
Sram Truvativ Rouleur crankset
Shimano 105 rear cassette (new)
Sram chain (new)
Sram apex brakes
New gear and brake cabling
Deda elementi stem and Deda elementi RHM handlebars (both brand new)
Deda grip tape (new)
Thompson seatpost (new)
Bontrager black racelite saddle (not the selle italia as shown)
SKS Raceblade mudguards (new)Bike won't come with computer or bottle cages - everything else included!
More photos available here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/94871099@N04/8639051089/in/photostream/
Open to offers so do give me a shout. I'm based in London, near Clapham Common. Many thanks.

Vintage Dawes racing bike. Frame in perfect working order. This was a project that I unfortunately haven't had the time to get round to.
Beautiful frame with some lovely detailing. 58cm top tube, 60cm seat tube, 175mm cranks. I'm a touch over 6ft1" and it fits fine.
Wonderful cinelli stem and lovely engraved 'made in England' handlebars. Bontrager bar tape. Dirty Harry brake lever and original front brake. Pretty battered Brooks saddle. Upgraded wheelset and Bontrager slick front tire.
The work that needs doing:
The chainring only has one bolt holding it on so these will need to be replaced - which will cost next to nothing. Also the rear wheel isn't a fixie or single speed wheel - it has the original cassette still on. Rear brake will need adding if required. There are areas of rust on the frame - nothing performance affecting but aesthetically could do with a clean/stripping depending on your needs.
I'm based in London near Clapham Common tube. Pick up only please.
Looking for £150 ono. Many thanks!

Dawes Mono singlespeed or fixed gear bike for sale in wonderful condition.
I have taken every bad stock part off this bike and upgraded. It has a flip flop hub so can be run singlespeed or as fixed gear. I have had it set up with just a front brake and fixed at the back, but as you can see from the photos, I have recabled the rear brake and will provide the rear brake for whoever buys so you can run the bike as you like.
I have replaced the headset with an incredibly smooth red Hope headset. The stem has been upgraded to a Raceface lightweight model and the bars are FSA race bars. Tyres have been upgraded to Continental Gatorskins. Saddle is a Boardman Race and the Seatpost is a Ritchey Pro model. Pedals are shimano spds. (Can throw in some dhb 10.5 shoes with cleats too if you fancy).
The Reynolds 520 chromoly frame is lightweight but extremely stiff, accelerates brilliantly and extremely responsive, complimented by the carbon forks.
This is a wonderful commuting/city or singlespeed touring bike with some cracking parts on it. Mudguards can easily be removed.
I'm about 6 foot/6"1 with 32" inside leg - fits me perfectly as set up. As you can see there is plenty of room for adjustment either way.
Looking for £400 (these retail at nearly £700 and I have upgraded a lot of parts) but certainly open to sensible offers so do send me a message. The bike is well used but has been regularly cleaned and serviced. Only reason for sale is to buy a tt bike and I have too many bikes at home already!

There's a guy I see on the Embankment a fair bit on a fixed black Langster. Loves to bomb past everyone on one section then cruise no-handed on the next. Whilst you're wobbling around in the cycle lane with no hands like a massive flaccid cock, the rest of us are forced into three lanes of heavy traffic to overtake you for the 5th time. The extent to which you are impressed with yourself is tedious in the extreme.
