The bike is a bit of a mystery, it was a geared bike once upon a time. The guy I bought it from said it's Deda tubing but to be honest it could be anything! It's light and quick though so does the job.
Oh, I didn't end up getting a Nexus, I bought a laptop instead!

I did the DD for the first time last year and loved it so definitely doing it this year. Hopefully I won't get lost and end up doing a few extra miles into Thaxted and back on to the route, again....

I'm Vicky, from Norwich. I've always ridden bikes but swapped BMX for old road bikes after finding a seventies Viking in a hedge a couple of years ago. I'm now looking to build a single speed to add to my collection and, if it's done in time, do this years Dun Run on it. I've never done a distance like that on one gear but I did it last year on 5 and it didn't kill me, so in for a penny and all that!
Anyway, that's me and hopefully I'll get to talk to you all some more. :)
