No-one's going to show much interest unless you've got pictures and present measurements - that's two reasons why you've not had any replies.
And that you 'rode it 10 miles to work' this morning and that you will 'ride it home again in a bit' is really neither here nor there.
They're nice bikes, are Record Aces, but it will have to be in fairly good nick for what you're asking.

I said that I thought 'that front wheel is more than 'slightly' out of true.' That's all I have to say on that matter.
I reckon 56 is fine for you. That's not all I have to say on the matter, but it is all I shall say on the matter.
Tenners - I know what chevrons are; I just didn't get the reference.

Some sub-6 footer on here somewhere was speculating that 56 would be too small for him. You say that you're 5'9" or 5'10" - ergo, I don't see that 56 is significantly large for someone of 5'9" or 5'10" in height?
Sorry - I'm a bit obsessed with bike size/height ratios, so always feel the need to stick my beak in when the subject comes up.NB. If you like the bike, then why not take the money and be done with it? True, that front wheel is more than 'slightly' out of true, but principles-shminciples; don't cut off your nose to spite your face - it won't be your reputation that's taken a hit.

Orr would be crazy to fly more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he were sane he had to fly them. If he flew them he was crazy and didn't have to; but if he didn't want to he was sane and had to.
