This trainer is designed to fit common road and mountain bike frames with included steel quick release skewer. However, it does not allow the use of bikes with 120mm rear dropout spacing. <----From its website
However, it works on my allen bolt type rear hub, not sure about the hex nut type rear hub. -

In excellent condition. Wheels are true, bearings are smooth. Comes with Mavic QR, Michelin inner tubes, continental 4000S 23c tyres and a 6700 11-28 10 speed cassette, or 11 speed 5800 11-25 cassette as an option.

Planning a cycling trip from Essex to Land's end, all routes are done, except the last one.
Does anyone try Plymouth to Land's end before or familiar with the route around there?
Should I ride along the coast via St Austell or go inland?
