If you don't mind sacrificing the stem, then you could cut the top section off with a hacksaw, leaving a column inside the steerer, with the remains of the expander bolt. Tap the remains of the bolt downwards to free the expander wedge, then get a stillson on the remains of the stem to twist it free.
I'd try drilling out the bolt first though, as you may be able to save the stem and only need a new expander bolt.

Don't know. There's some spec here, but no tubing detail, sorry:

I'm a few mm over 6' (sorry for mixed scales!) with slightly longer than average legs for my height. The bike is set up for my riding position.
Seat tube is exactly 60cm centre - top.
Bottom bracket isn't overly high, so standover clearance is lower than it would be for a similar sized, full-on, tarkc beic. I can measure standover tonight, if that helps.

Immaculate, hardly used Trek Triton 2011 bike.
The frame size is stated as 57cm, but this is actually the top tube c-c dimension. The seat tube c-t measures 60cm.
Cr-mo frame & fork. Eyes for rear rack on the dropouts and seat stays. 2 sets of bottle cage bosses and discreet braze-on bosses on the underside of the top tube for the rear brake cable.
Rear wheel has a flip-flop hub with a 20t freewheel and 18t fixed sprocket. Bontrager Race lite 700x23 tyres - like new. ** Edit: Now has a brand new pair of Bontrager R1 700x23 tyres.
**
Truvativ 48t chainset.Promax brake calipers.
Bontrager finishing kit.
Very nice & comfortable steel framed fixed-wheel/single speed bike.
Has to go, as apparently, I have too many bikes. :(
Looking for £300. Price drop to £295

Great story there, Skinny. Took me back to the summer of '95 when I drove down virtually the same route in a campervan with a couple of mates. We had a cracking time and you sparked up a few great memories of that trip.
Hope the knee's on the mend. Will you be going back next summer to do the rest of it?
