Are these tubelsss or clincher ?

I am trying to swap the cassette body on my Ksyrium SL wheels and when I put an Allen key inside the drive side axel to unlock the bolt that holds the cassette body on, there is nothing to turn or lever against on the non drive side. There are no flats or bolts on the axel to put a spanner on, nor is there an Allen key fit inside the axel, as there is on the drive side.
Any hints or pointers would be appreciated as it's stopping me finish my project !

Campagnolo 700c wheels. Shimano cassette.
Smooth bearings and very little wear to the braking surface. Great wheels very little use.
A few odd scratches but I would be surprised if the wheels have done more than a 1000 miles.

It’s 54cm c-c and my son always had it with a very short stem in before suddenly growing so I am thinking anyone 5’3”-5’8” would probably be ok .. but again depends on what kind of feel you like … either way it’s a stunning frame that’s been lovingly crafted. Just wish I could keep it myself but I’m 6ft …

Two pairs of size 11 shoes. Both in excellent condition and barely worn.

Sidi S Pro shoes, in Silver which took a while to find. Just too small for me. Would have loved to keep them. £45 + postage at cost

50cm c-T Seat tube.

Would keep but my son has out grown it and it’s too small for me.
