Hi everyone,
All clothes are well-used, just don't wear them enough and need to free up space. (ABCD) indicates cosmetic condition, where (A) is the new with tags product and (D) is tatty-but-functional. It’s just a loose guide. I have tried to photograph to accurately reflect the colour and condition of each garment.
All prices include postage, hope prices are reasonable.
Cash is king. Sorry, but a busy period at work will make dibs impossible (as I might not have the time to keep track of all communications in a timely manner) Donation to the forum will be made.

Hi everyone!
Due to a recent upgrade, this is no longer needed. iPhone SE (Feb 2021) 64 GB - Black - Unlocked in Excellent condition. No serious marks (always used a case and screen protector) just a small superficial scratch on back logo (only visible at certain angles). Original box (complete with cable and sim pim) included. Currently running iOS 16.1.1, the battery is at 86% lasts for a day
Refurbished ones seem in this condition seem to go for £136 to in Backmarket, how does £100 posted sound?

I must confess I do more walking than cycling lately and I mostly want them to take some pictures in nature and document the life of my little one before she gets too old. What would you recommend?
I had a Fuji during my degree (ages ago but similar to the X100 in size and features, not image quality though) and I honestly loved it. It was an absolute tank too… My problem with phones is photos just sit there. So I thought a camera might force me to actually get back to having more of a process, maybe I am just getting old and sentimental 😪 -

We got the same problem and just a little drop every hour or two from a slightly annoying radiator valve creates the same effect. So it won’t be a huge leak but it unfortunately builds up.
You probably already thought of it but worth checking all the visible joints and valves first (before you start removing plastered sections of wall to check deeper) -
@TW @stevo_com @Howard many thanks, your endorsement made us give it go! There was an Amazon offer so we bought the wired hub starter kit and a pack of three TRV’s that hopefully will allow us to get a small setup going. Fingers crossed it will all be simple, but might ask a question(s) if in doubt
-
@stevo_com currently thinking of doing a similar conversion to Tado or Netatmo. Did you install their valves in every room? Did you have to add extra sensors (some reviews mention the built in thermostats in the valves might give erroneous readings due to proximity to radiator, furniture or curtains obstructions, etc…)? Did you DIY the whole thing? Did you replace both TRV and manual valves? Unfortunately our ground floor is all setup with manual valves… Excuse the excessive amount of questions!
-
@konastab01 well spotted, I rather avoid touching the boiler 🥶 @aggi great! Are you happy with it? Did you get radiator valves too? If you did do you need a temperature sensor on the radiator or does the valve include one?
-
Want to replace the existing thermostat (simple wall one, not programmable or smart) with something a bit current (Hive?!) that will allow us to set programmes and hopefully save some energy. Will the new unit just need one cable in the permanent live and one on the permanent neutral?! Is it really that simple? We just have a combi boiler and set up seems too straight forward to be true https://www.screwfix.com/p/hive-mini-wireless-heating-smart-thermostat/150pv#product_additional_details_container

Second comment just killed me !!!🫥 the left hand side door (looking from the inside) can be regulated after loosening two grub screws but it keep slipping down and messing the alignment every two or three weeks. I will try to get the installer but I am afraid that going through the developer could prove inauspiciously complicated 😓so I was hoping to fix the gap and keep realigning as needed eternally like Sisyphus 😵💫

@Howard for this particular case would you recommend a silicone like:
https://www.toolstation.com/evo-stik-weatherlock-frame-silicone/p84765
https://www.toolstation.com/bostik-s41-window-door-frame-silicone/p90711
Or an adhesive & sealant (polyurethane based) like:
Also if they have backing rod on tools station or screw fix? Any in particular you would recommend? Keen to get all in one trip as time is limited atm with a 5 month old 🫠

How shall I re-seal the frame of that alu bifold door to avoid water sneaking in above the damp proof membrane? Installers just used some concrete or concrete based render but being quite rigid it cracks and falls with door use (door catches more than I would like it) Shall I just add some external sealant? Any suggestions @Airhead

Glad it went to a good home @Tonts you were an excellent buyer!
