best of luck. i have one and I paid 70 for it 2 years ago. the current market is >100
I've been umming & arring for the past two years whether or not to get one and finally made up my mind I want one now!
You see I've got a Gios Compact HT and everything on it is the Campagnolo Record Titanium 9 speed groupset
but the seat post is just the Record version, Its still very nice but really want the Titanium version now.I've seen the titanium posts go from £40 for a tatty scratched one to £110 for a mint one,
Just wished I'd made my mind up a year ago as I spotted a decent one at a jumble for just £30!! -
At that price, you will be fighting everyone else to get it.....
I don't get it mate! So if someone has one and is willing to sell for £50 and offers it to me the seller will get loads of secret PM's offering more money!
I see enough back stabbing on this forum with PM's to sellers telling them they will offer more! GREED is an evil thing.

I'm after a lovely condition 27.2mm Campagnolo Record Titanium seat post please.
Scratch's below limit are not a problem but any such marks/ Zig-Zags above the limit line is a no no.
Not super rich but just an average fella wanting one! So if you have a nice one but want loads of money for it, then do keep it...lol
Looking around the £50 mark plus postage.
Thanks.

If the latter then it amazes me the length people will go for a bit of other peoples money.
Husy! You want to hear of a true horrible scam which happened back in 1990? You do! OK here goes!
I used to work in a coal mine in Nottinghamshire and we started to get 'private contractors' working in the pit and one particular bloke who 'lived' in Sheffield used to catch everyone's eye with his car dealings, he said he can get brand new cars for less than a quarter of the price of a new one! No one didn't believe him until he arrived in a brand new Range Rover Vogue for a friend of mine, the cost of this vehicle was just £5,000 and it was legit and even came with plates fitted, we all looked at this lovely Vogue and it was amazing.
The next day several blokes approached this 'dealer' and asked him if he could get two brand new Ford Escort Ghia's, a week later he had got these Escort's and paid only £2000 each!!! Well that got everyone wanting a new car and the dealer set up bench down the pit and very high amounts of money passed into the dealers hands and he then had a waiting list for cars but to buy the car you had to give him cash up front, someone of the buyers even took loans out just to get their dream car.
There must have been at least 200 cars on order and everyone was happy knowing of the bargin of a life time, well a week later and the dealer had not come to work and a month on, no one had seen their new cars, everyone of the buyers started to get worried and theirs fears soon became reality as it became apparent they had been scammed.
Turns out this 'dealer' had purchased new cars at FULL RRP at his own cost and sold them to the first suckers who got their cars and was rightfully theirs, but then told other interested parties of what he can get which will take a week to get hold of, there was many types of cars on order from a basic two door fiesta to a Porsche 911.
This unknown dealer who had a fake name and address disappeared off the face of the UK and was never seen again, in total he stole around £150,000 of peoples money.
True story! and luckily I didn't give him my £2500 for my new car as he didn't come to work that day.

Chainset looks well polished and always thinking of whipping off the silver paint and polishing them to match the rest of my stuff but unsure.
