SOLD
For sale is my 58cm CTT Genesis Vapour. Frame has been stripped and polished with a brushed finish. Tripped butted aluminium. Classy round tubes and geometry, think of it like a classic Cannondale with slightly less fancy welds!
Seat tube 58cm ctt, 54.5 ctc.
Top tube 56.5 ctcPerfect cross bike for the upcoming season or use a road/ commuter / gravel bike. It’s light and fast. Plenty of tyre clearance, also has mud guard and rack mounts. Set up with mini V brakes, Shimano pads and TRP compressionless housing which provides plenty of stopping power, but can include a set of canti’s for anyone who wants the classic cx aesthetic and has the mental fortitude to set them up.
Just rebuilt with 105 11 speed, and 1x chain set works perfectly. Coupled with a lovely set of DT Swiss Dicut wheels it rides really nicely. Only selling as I need something more sensible for use with a child seat.
Pedals and saddle not included but can throw in a charge spoon and some flat pedals for anyone that needs them
£400 . Collection in Bristol or can post at cost . Will split if all parts find a home

Looking to build up a bike that my partner and we can use for child transporting duties. Specifically looking for a step through frame that is as lightweight as possible. Not interested in steel, so most likely Alu. Any recommendations? I’m sure something must exist that’s functional and lightweight . Thinking along the lines of Pinnacle Neon, Marin Fairfax, Sirius etc, but no idea how much the frames weigh. Hard to go off full build weights as the stock spec tends to be a bit more basic. Maybe even an Arkose but not sure if the top tube slopes that much ?
Guess I’m looking for a medium frame sub 2kg, (ideally around 1.5kg) with a lightweight fork
Must haves :
Step through or very compact geometry
Disc brake ideally flat mount
Alu or carbon fork
Rack and mudguard mounts
Clearance for 35mm tyres & guardsCheers

Incidentally does anyone know if this geo chart from the 2011-2014 version is correct - the reach for the 58cm frame is less than the 56cm? … I’d normally ride a 56cm but it looks fairly aggressive, same as my old CAAD5 and would prefer the extra stack of the 58cm, as long as the reach isn’t too much.
Looks like 58cm has slightly slacker seat tube which would result in longer overall top tube …
