Had to sell most parts from Rych to get some cash, but since nobody seems to want a frame without disc brakes nowadays in Finland, i still have the frame. Thinking of keeping it for now and probably going to build it up later on with slightly different parts.

From what i've read here and our Finnish forums, if/when you start your business, make sure to inspect every frame coming from there so you can deal with defects (wrong geo etc) before you get angry customers.

Market and brand it correctly and never tell where the frames actually come from and you just might get rad fixie skidder customers

Axle all the way back in the dropout, 42mm fit barely
With smaller tyres 160mm disc is fine

Depends of the tyre choice, 160mm works well if tire is small enough to slam the wheel. I had 42's and for those you need to take the wheel way back in the dropouts and you'll need 180mm disc because you can't get the caliper back enough.

Watching these makes me wanna put original fork back on, looks way better than i remembered.

I wouldn't buy narrow rims if i was gonna use 35+mm tires, however if said rims already exists, no reason not to use 'em. Atleast i've never encountered any issues with 42c + open pro combo.

Even though it might not be advised, you're not gonna die unless you try to run tubeless with silly little pressure. Some years ago there was only narrow mtb rims and it was a-okay.

I've never measured the true width, but atleast 42mm smart sams on open pro fit fine with some room to spare in the v4

Atleast last year you could get a basic 4130-frameset from orlo for 400 euros, not sure about the prices currently. Mielec with any options is 200-300 euros plus you need to buy fork separately.

You want advice? Get orlowski and you'll get what you pay for without surprises for not much bigger price

Keep in mind the cotic fork is 400mm a-c, it's gonna affect handling (some like it some dont)

And since there's not much forks on the market with 390mm a-c, obvious choice for steel fork would be orlowski.

The pomp is just shy of 10 kilos, so not a lightweight :D

Frame bag is made of xpac vx-21 with rainproof zips. Also taped seams, but the tape is slowly falling off, but haven't got any moisture in yet so we'll see if i redo the taping or not.
