For sale BMW Gangsta track V2 frameset size LONG.
Thomson seatpost, decent seatpost collar, Fsa headset and two forks included. Yellow FixieInc Pureblood A-C 403mm, rake 44mm, postmount. Black (not as bulky as the Cluster) Brev-M trickstyle fork A-C 410mm, rake 38mmish self-measured.
Straight and true and all in all in good used condition. Few paint chips and scratches and wear and tear. Some wheelrub on the rear brake bridge and on chainstays. Traices of sticker-use and some marker stains. On Pureblood fork there are few extra white paint spots caused by an accident with a paint bucket in the garage – not that noticeable really in use / from distance but a detail to check out.
Check out the pics please. Quality could be better but it´s what I can work out at the moment.
Not selling without the Brev-M fork. Thomson stem and spacers are not included.

I had one few years back. I think it rides great. Nice one bike to rule them all frame especially for people who prefer less bb drop and steeper ST & HT angle than for example with Steamroller. Also a lot cheaper than Mash Work (has less tyre clearance of course though should fit most 35mm cross tires tightly). Only thing I´d change is the seatpost binder bolt --> separate collar.

Keirin frame builders can make it up to 90degrees no probs: http://www.njs-export.com/collections/frames-by-price/products/umezawa-90-degree-3-50-5cm

I think gangsta is really nice all-around-full-year-around-beat-the-shit-out-of-it frame/bike. It fits 35mm cross tyres which are decent enough at wintertime even here in Finland (at least most of the time). The frame looks a bit weird but I personally like the style bmw ended up designing it. Like there´s everything wrong when you look at it but somehow it still makes sense and feels fast when you ride one.
Of course there are many frames that you can use year-around-all-around etc. and some will of course do it better than gangsta in terms of tyre clearance, flexibility or whatever. It´s just something you prefer for some reason or other. Otherwise we all would be riding cross-checks.

I might order from Ted soon as I know there is a wait on making em. Its like a month and if order at the end of feb won't be ready till end march. So far away.
Mine took over two months. At the time Ted was really busy but all the deadlines he gave me never held either. So..it might take lot longer than estimated.

That's what i need.
Ever ridden with any one on normal mtb's? and how is it with spd's?
I've been riding trails mostly by myself. Without brakes you'll have to take it slower when hitting descends for example. On rocky trails pedal strikes tend to happen time to time - it's harder to avoid them. But I like riding fixed and even brakeless on trails. Of course you are slower than somebody with brakes and freewheel but I like the feeling. Somehow I keep steadier pace and keep on pushing longer with fixed gear. Some descends can be scary but it's fun to find a way to ride them down.
Spd's work out just fine: better control than with flat pedals and straps.
