Can't really re-true carbon spoked wheels like that. Is the tub off centre. Failing that if you are using a brake just open it up a bit.

Sometimes if they go out of true they can be damaged. Carbon can be prone to impact damage a lot more than metal, as it is so brittle and doesn't give.
