The idea that an attempt on the World Hour Record could be staged low-key, just in case it turned out badly is laughable. You have to hire a velodrome & UCI-approved officials to oversee the attempt otherwise IT WILL NOT BE RATIFIED! It's not just a case of bunking in to HHV with some mates and a stop-watch. Even in the pre-internet age, a mere mention of the possibility of an attempt on the most prestigious record in world cycling would be news all over Europe.

Whoever posted that is either talking a big load of doo-doo, or is very, very gullible.

I have stopped going on club runs due to every section being raced by strava freds. It is a good tool for mileage, but apart from that total shite.

Ribble are having a clear out of ex display forks. They are all about 30-40 quid. Great way to get a cheap pair of forks.

take the cage bit off, there is a spring inside the bottom of the mech. there is also a corresponding hole on the cage. keep turning the cage until the spring pops into the hole and there is resistance when it is in normal position - i.e. the spring wants to push the cage .

For 95 kilo, plus whatever your taking with you I'd go 36. Especially for daily commuting.
