I think your problem would be solved using centerlock rotors, mine when mounted are only 5mm from hub & spokes. Yours are way too far away from here they should be

The clearance on my rose front disk is only 2-3mm, rear is about 5mm

I spent ages trying to work out best chainline based on the Sram docs and BB30 A, IIRC it worked out to be 1mm DS & 2-3mm NDS.

You might want to if chainline is out, or crank too close to chainstay. Just experiment a bit

It's pretty simple, remove preload adjuster then add spacers and wave washer on NDS, if wave washer is flat you've got too many spacers

The De Rosa is a bit more involved, as it has been repaired to replace a rotten seat tube> the repair was done by Woodrup in Leeds, but they removed seat stays during repair.
