So you saw exactly what was about to happen but just carried on anyway ensuring some kind of conflict would occur. Nice one. There is a difference between letting someone know you are there and calling them out.
Did someone order a prick? There's always someone like you isn't there?
I knew exactly what was going on. I was watching him.
You ever tried eating corn on the cob with no fucking teeth? -
Had a run in with a fool on a fold up bike this morning on Westminster bridge. Suit on , briefcase strapped to his back . you know the type . He was in the middle of the road cycling up from the lights by the hospital and I was behind him in the cycle lane. He was going quite slow so I was catching him up on the inside . Then a car beeped at him so he started wobbling his way into the cycle lane towards me. He only looked when he nearly collided with me. I didn't say anything as I don't call people out , as you know. But the cheeky cunt started shouting at me , saying to look where I was going. So I threatened to throw him off the bridge. He soon shut up. And I went to work as normal.

Agree, south side is just as bad. And this must be the most abused red light in London, every cyclist I see seems to jump when turning right. Worst because infuriating
Calling out thread
Going down Haymarket towards Pall Mall . The road surface is terrible. Pot holes everywhere.

They could have showed how someone who lives in zone 3 and works in central London could save £130 a month by cycling. They could have highlighted how a rise in numbers has made things safer, I mean did you really feel encouraged to cycle by that programme? They could have done some proper reporting like a proper documentary that isn't just You tube clips and covered real stories like how the cops allowed Eilidh Cairns killer to kill again, or Thames Materials and Dennis Putz, a man who'd been banned from driving 16 times and got a job driving a lorry in London. Ask who insured him and did his employers know. Proper investigating journalism.
This wasn't proper investigating journalism, it was tawdry and cheap and not helpful, a lot of it was "Look at this idiot" when maybe it would be better to look at what actually makes roads safer. And it isn't a whistle.
I wish my wife didn't watch it. She now wants me to stop cycling to work. Great

I haven't been in here in a while, weight has remained stable between 62-68kg. Have just upped the fitness regeime to a certain extent as I was getting bored of running.
Started some ridiculous dvd thing called Insanity. The clue is in the name. 3 days in and I feel like I've been beaten all over with a sack of bricks. Its faddy, american as fuck but I've never experienced cardio like it. Nearly threw up this morning halfway through, but I did manage to demolish my Strava time on the ride in...
If I stick to the schedule I'll be done in early Jan if anyone wants to borrow it.That workout is very hard. Its similar do the cardio we do in MMA.
You should get Living Lean by Mike Dolce. Its what i used to get to 65kg for my last fight.
Team it up with some plyometrics and of course your cycling. -

Liver, protected by ribs, would punch their front, typically one access point, though larger organ.
Kidneys, not so protected by ribs, punch to back, two access points - left or right, more readily accessable. Hurts like hell.Correct but you catch someone in the liver and its goodnight. I train MMA and have been hit there so i know.

I ignore 99.9% of the time. And just roll on. It really is not in my nature.
Just this morning I cracked.. No more. No less. I'm not perfect and never will be. If I see the guy again I'll apologise.. It was, of course, wrong. Very wrong.
Sorry , i mis read your post. He yelled out at you first.
You were in the right.
If he had not said anything to you and got on with his ride then he wouldnt have taken a kidney shot and you wouldnt be feeling bad for your actions.

I... Lost the plot this morning.. Happy go lucky ride as ever up the OKR.. Bus on left. Right shoulder look, gentle overtake..
From my left a nodder yells at me to pull out to let him through. I hold my line, overtake the bus and then calmly tell him if he's that fast he should overtake me rather than try undertake.
He unleashes a torrent of abuse and tells me I was cutting him up and should of let him through. I tell him, again, overtake not undertake..
He calls me a cunt.
Red mist drops.
I punch him in the kidney.. He wobbles.. I tell him to stop, get off the bike and call me a cunt and I'll kick his fucking teeth in..
He cycles off quickly round bricklayers roundabout..
Don't feel good about it really.. Only human though..
#head to I confess thread.
Now we are talking. Ha
Should have punched him in the liver though. A liver punch would have been the end of it.

Oh you'll kick me off my bike for calling you out for doing something legally wrong? Would you also do that to a police officer?
Oh and why do you have this attitude where you think you can physically overpower everyone who disagrees with you?
Fuck off.Going back to this for a second. No, i wouldnt do that to a police officer. But thats just my point. Leave the calling out and reprimanding to the authorities.
Your not a policeman. Your just another cyclist. Its not your place. -

Fuck off.Actually mate, it wasn't directed at you . It wasn't directed at anyone in particular.
And to be honest , you seem to be one of the decent posters on here so apologies if you thought i was having a go at you.
Im only having a bit of fun and playing up.
Cant believe you banned me for quoting a line from a film. I was clearly joking.
