That's a great price, worth having a closer pic of the seat tube ding though,
Paint job is lovely and would be worth >£50 alone!
And stick the frame measurements up
Done and done.
Yeah, the paint job was 70 sheets but the way I see it, I don't and will never need it. This forum has been good to me so someone should get a bargain. And, I'll put the sale towards building up the frame I bought from mifkif. Circle of life innit.

I bought - THIS
I had it powdercoated at Armourtex and put some incongruous decals on it. Oh, and they also removed the middle cable guide from the underside of the top tube 'cause it was bent up. My brother-in-law re-painted the head badge and it came up real nice.
I finished the build and it looked lovely and all that but being 5'11'', it was way too big for me.
Anyway, I stripped it and swapped it all over onto a great 70's Carlton frame I got from Hilary Stone.
It now looks like this:
Not sure how well it can be seen on the shitty photo but there's a small ding in the seat tube just above the bottle mount hole which I didn't discover until I had it stripped and repainted.
I'm not sure if this is OTT but I'd like £50 for it?
I'm based in Lewisham. I can arrange shipping if you are that way inclined.
EDIT: Measurements according to original listing.
25" Centre to Top
23" Top Tube Centre to CentreAdditional picture of the ding... apologies, these were taken on my phone.

I heard a chap lapped the field, was this from the off gun or an attack during the race?
I strolled over after the race started to see a couple of guys tear-arsing round the track like pure bad-asses whilst other riders just got in the way.
I'd have guessed that he was just a better rider all round.

I just got back.
It was a pleasant afternoon.
Loads to see if you're a cycle nerd (!)There's no Rapha sale bin for whoever asked, however tongue-in-cheek it was. There is a VERY small Rapha display of the new Team Sky branded gear that comes out in Feb/March. The hoodie will be an essential purchase for me. There's a very pleasant American girl who will happily converse with you about the properties of merino wool.
The track isn't massive tbh. I'd guess at 400m but don't hold me to that. The surface is like that of a sports hall except in the corners which have some red grippy shit on them.
The BMX lads doing backflips and stuff was pretty cool.
There's LOADS of cheap Pearl Izumi gear. Jerseys and bibs at 20 and 30 quid and gloves and mitts for a fiver but they're samples so they're all in medium only.
I went to look around and had no plans to buy anything but the Carradice stall had messenger bags made from reclaimed advertising hoarding... obviously not unique or original but for £35 from a renowned brand, I couldn't say no.

hi. My dad makes wooden handlebars with drops, if i understand what you intend with drops. They are made of different layers of oak wood and/or walnut wood and can have a layer of metal too. Let me know if you are interested and i can send you pictures, they are really cool! (he lives in milan and has been inspired from some really cool shops there)
pictures please!
How are you supposed to react when something like this happens?
What is the correct etiquette?
I was coming downhill like a badman this evening with an internal smirk as I steamed past the static traffic. The same stillness in the vehicles convinced a ped it was okay to cross the street without looking and she appeared in front of me. I braked and slowed but we still collided hard enough to put us both on the ground. My first reaction was to ask "What the fuck are you doing you stupid cunt?!", she said "Why are you swearing at me?" and I responded that it was because she was a "fucking imbecile" and insisted that she "jog on" 'cause I've heard people say that.
She came away worse off than I did for sure and I was only angry 'cause I was worried about my bike and I knew my elbow had hit the ground so there was a concern for my Rapha jacket...
So yeah, what to say in the heat of the moment? Is it just polite to accept that mistakes happen and I should just say "Be more careful" or "Pay attention" next time? Does anyone have the genuine patience to not get aggressive?
