It's a standard Assured Short-hold Tenancy break clause. Badly worded and with a misspelling, determine in stead of terminate (that I only noticed when I pasted it in my original post.)
Basically after the first four months I can give two months notice, whether it means six or seven months is moot as we've been there longer than both.
Or that's my understanding at least.
Sounds right.
The idea is it gives you an option to break at 6, but to do so you'd have to give notice at 4th, or at any point thereafter with the same notice i.e. 7th for 9th, 11th for 13th etc.

Needs these too though..
is that still the same diff?
I've never heard of this company stamps business, I think that would apply to something you can't readily look up to check (i.e. lawyers and doctors are on professional registers). It's literally ballpoint pen "I hereby do certify that this looks just like rogan honest guv wot he looked like on the 4th of June 2014 and I is a real lawyer signed A. Laywer, Registration # 12344558"
Shame you don't need it in a month or so or I'd do it. Hmm. Any mates with a barrister/solicitor in the family?

To save anyone the bother when you google Woodley it is right near Reading. HTH.
I own an old ribble, probably a similar age to this one. fucking lovely ride but abysmal, poor quality, looks horrid close up paint-job. (I paid £160 or so for mine which reflected the very well used chorus 8 speed gruppo and shit paint-job. Not sure the steel on mine, probably 531 or some colombus not 653).
I strongly advise any potential purchasers to get LOTS of close ups of the paint before buying, not least as OP seems to have deliberably taken shit photos so you can't see the paint too well. Sorry, that's just an assumption, maybe he just can't take a photo to save his life.
Stop being a wanke.......oh this isn't going to work is it? Fucksake

I need to get a certified copy of my passport made in London, where will do it cheap/free?
FD don't accept ones from the post office only "is certified, signed and dated by a Solicitor, Lawyer, Attorney, Licenced Conveyancer, Barrister, Commissioner For Oaths, Chartered Legal Executive, Notary, Chartered Accountant, Member of Parliament, Member of the Judiciary, approved person in a financial institution or a Medical Doctor"
You just need to find someone who is, however technically, one of those things, they only have to write on the back of it that it's you and who they are.
My mum's in all day and is a lawyer but I imagine Beckenham is less than convenient..

If it peels off without damaging the underlying sign, it's probably fly-posting rather than criminal damage.
True.
But then if this http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/news/university-of-london-chalk-protest-sparks-arrest/2005792.article and and http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/homepage/Bristol-student-s-criminal-damage-charge-writing-pavement-chalk/article-785596-detail/article.html can be criminal damage, I'm sure a sticker can be too. Shouldn't, but can.

- It's a stupid law.
Don't agree (obviously), but...
- Therefore, it's not the worst thing Foffa has ever done to cycling.
...agree.
This kind of behaviour is not uncommon and not even that deleterious to the end user. If anything higher prices will prevent people buying and they'll dodge a bullet. But there's plenty of shenanigans in the cycling world (and much much worse in business generally), this pales in comparison, and having its own special thread makes it look somewhat witch-hunty.
Foffa shouldn't be getting any special treatment, positive or negative

Pretty well. There are plenty of alternatives to Apple if you don't like their prices. There is no compelling public interest which would make government interference with Apple's contracts desirable.
Apple are free to charge whatever they want in the apple store, on apple.com, or wherever else. When they (effectively) mandate pricing across the board, that interferes with the chance for others to have - lower overheads - better efficiency - whatever business reason to be able to charge less and pass on the same good product at a better price to the consumer.
Anyway, I don't like apple or their prices so wouldn't buy even if there were cheaper retail outlets available.
- Also, let's ignore whether or not freedom of contract should trump anti pricefixing legislation, note I originally had an issue with the situation where big boys (Apple) get away with more than small fry (Foffa) could do. That's explicitly an un-free market. Either they should both be allowed to price fix, or neither.

That's why. It wasn't difficult finding Woodley even without the postcode. He lives there, just because it's inconvenient for you, doesn't make it a shithole. Unless it is.
Love these Ribble's. glwsSo it's cheap so it attracts freeloaders and wankers who want even more for even less. Vicious cycle.
Add £100 the the price! Target the premium LFGSS champagne market

Dunno - that new york video of the guy protesting about blocked cycle lanes by riding into things implies you must be in the cycle lane (and therefore to one side) if there is one. If there isn't one?
Have to say, there's no real reason for the cyclist to attempt the overtake through a tiny gap just after the car originally gets ahead. Then of course the driver commits numerous assaults and is generally a ginormous belm so loses any sympathy.
-
Incidentally, here's how Apple manages price fixing. Legal, just:
(from http://www.slate.com/articles/arts/gizmos/2006/12/gadgets_for_sale_or_not.html)
Somehow I don't think Foffa could manage this...
Was just about to ask about this, thanks.
As per, if you're big enough and can pay the right kind of lawyers and accountants, the rules don't apply. How's that free market working eh?
