As sumo said, the intermediary colour on the edges can do a lot, but, I would say for an army painting perspective this level of sponge chipping is pretty fine though! If this model was on the table around 50 others done in the same way, it would look cool, and from a distance, would be a convincing effect, all depends on the levels you want to take it to.
A quick way to improve sponge chipping is it go in with a brush and put silver inside a couple of the bigger chips done with a sponge, to look like they've gouged deeper. Doing it just a couple of times on the model will sell the chipping a bit more.

Eating similarly every day is a good way to maintain a diet imo. I eat similarly most days at the moment. Often prep multiple variants of meals that amount to similar macros and switch them in and out.
FWIW your diet looks very low carb (unless you're just not mentioning them). Unless you're low enough carb to go into ketosis, carbs are very important for feeling fuelled for your workouts.

Artis opus brushes are very good in my limited experience of them. And good brushes are definitely a take care of them and they will last a very long time. So even though they're a bit more to start with, it's worth it over time.
I have 1 nice brush that I use for highlights, but do all of my basecoating with bulk acrylic brushes.

Sprained my MCL earlier this year (skateboarding isn't the best compliment to strongman...), meaning I had to drop out of the strongman comp I had booked. After stopping feeling sorry for myself and a holiday I am back to training properly.
Going to properly shed the timber I've built up a mix of intentionally and unintentionally over the past 3 years.
Shorter workouts, and more walking is nice. The 3hr workouts in strongman prep were very draining.

If you can't squat 3 times a week, just don't do stronglifts. Try GZCLP or check out liftvault and look for a program that fits your needs.
I personally think stronglifts isn't a particularly good beginner program in the first place, but it's very much based around squatting every workout, so if you can't do that you need to choose a different program.

Do you film your sets?
At least if you're struggling with bench I would suggest it. You may notice what you're doing wrong. Alongside this, I'd suggest posting a form check with the video.
Make sure you're retracting and depressing your shoulders properly and creating a really stable base for the bench press.
I would personally advise against benching on a smith machine. The bench is the only lift of the main 5 you're doing where the bar should not move in a vertical line, it should move in a slight diagonal path. The smith machine will force you into a vertical bar path, this will not help you. It will also take pressure OFF of your stabiliser muscles, which are the exact muscles you need to improve if you're shaking / wobbling.
Never really gotten on with a GTA game. Tried 4 cause the story was supposed to be good but it felt very sterile and boring in terms of gameplay. Wonder if anything's changed between that and 6.
