Thank you psee it is kind of a long term project with a lot of fiddling here and there but finally I am happy. Just need to try those Speedplays out a bit more before I buy the stainless steel version.
mk1mark they are indeed Veltec Speed 4.0 SL full carbon tubs with cheap 25c Vittoria Rally tires because I was skint after purchasing the wheels.

Changed a lot of stuff on the VN. Wheels/Pedals/Pump and Saddle which has a different kind of setup option than my old saddle which forced me to put it so far forward. Not pretty but damn comfortable. Only thing left to purchase is a spare tire so carrying a pump might actually be sensible ... Oh yeah never lean your bike on such a wall my Sti's got ugly scratches from doing so -.-

Van Nicholas Chinook Frame (50) with a lot of second hand parts ( about 80% ) and DIY solutions such as a self made seatpost clamp, cut off bars and blacked out parts.

Good nick would be exaggerated. You can see the marks in the laquer even on this shitty phone pic. In reality it could go as a nearly rat bike. But it was the bike which got me hooked again. Bought it 3 years ago and massacred it into a conversion. At that time I knew nothing about the sport and it was pure luck that the frame size was right o.0 I truly am glad that I didn't swung the hacksaw at it. It is surprisingly heavy though ...

Just finished my run around town commuter bike. As mentioned before it is an old faggin frame with a 126,5mm rear end ... I forced it up to 130mm to get my old cannondale wheelset in there. The group is a mix of old really old and kind a new shimano parts. Shifters are shimano 600 the group is Ultegra 6500 with a 5500 bb ita and a sora rear derailleur which was cheap as chips in comparison to rocked 6500 ones at flea bay. Someday it might get a flite but right now I am happy with the way it rides.

Had this frame sitting around for a long time now but sadly never came around to build it up. Another project forces me to finally shift it. It is a Koga-Miyata Record Pro. Part of the sale is everything shown in the pictures except the rear wheel. I just chucked it in to show you the geometry.
TT measured C-C 54cm
ST measured C-T 56cm
HT 12cmneeds 700c rear wheel and 650c front wheel
Frame comes with a Dura Ace Headest, ITM Time Trial Bars and a Rigida DP 18 650c clincher front wheel and tire. (Tire needs replacement) There also is an unknown shimano JIS bb installed.
I am looking for 350,-€ which translates roughly into 300,-GBP. Frame is located in Germany.

Hey Dom I am running this. It is 111mm but I don't have any problems at all.

Sooooo here it goes. Long time lurker (4-5 years) seldom poster decided to start a more "advanced" project. The reason is as usual to try and create the one bike that does it all. In order to achieve N=1 | N-3 has to be done. Here is my starting point with a rather radical plan of action. Note that it will be more of a slow burner.
The bike will be used for commuting and the odd tour of light randonneuring. As you can see the build process is as equally important as riding the final bike itself.
