They're 26 1 1/4". Not sure what the rear is but the front is a Schwalbe.
They came with the wheels mind, so I never had to source them. However, Kenda do some ok ones you can get on ebay sometimes-I have used these in the past and they're ok, just a bit heavy.
I'm sure you know this but just make sure you get the correct vintage size 26 1 1/4 tyres, (32-597mm) or they won't fit!

Took the 20's/30's EF Russ to work today, and stopped off at garden on the way back. Been fitted with a new chain set-a nickel plated Williams from the 30's, as the BSA 5pin crank broke, and is at my Parents pop north after being welded. The Williams actual rides really smooth and lovely, and as it is a small ring (44 tooth I think,) is nice and easy on the legs, which helps with the wheel barrow like turning circle of the Russ.

(the other lever is somewhere-just can;t find it at the minute!)
I also have a old brown brooks b17 narrow to fit, needs a bit of a clean, so just need a stem really as well as a few bits for the stormy wheels. I was thinking of a reynolds 2bolt girder type stem or similar for now until an original RRA head clip stem pop's up...if ever! This will be fitted to these bailey bend bars (better photo than earlier)

I'm not sure about this too be honest, but have yet to see or win an original raleigh one. I choose this as the two arm design is very similar to the raleigh, but am debating getting a slightly smaller and more delicate looking continental style chainring to match up with the cranks, or maybe a williams 1200 chainring to go on the chatter lea or a set of durax 3 arm cranks.
I've also managed to get my hands on a period correct sturmey 3 speed lever and some cable in old stele ribbed black cable housing:

I have two possible axles, a brampton 127mm and a TDC 124mm one, but need to try these to see if they fit ok in the raleigh specific 71mm bottom bracket shell, as I can't find a short enough raleigh one. I did find a slightly earlier raleigh one but it's diameter is a mm or so too thick to fit in the canter lea crankset. Never encountered this problem of a too think axle before, anyone else ever seen it?

but yeah, 26 1 1/4 is a bad size to find
