Bought a Tune seatpost clamp to replace the stock one on my Condor, and foolishly didn't review the stack height. The Tune clamp is taller than the old clamp, and sits c.3mm above the top of the seattube/seatclamp section of the frame (rudimentary annotations below).
Is this going to damage the frame at all/not function as a seatpost collar?

I like Garmin a lot. The UI is a little more sterile, but there's heaps more days. I've got some Garmin power pedals and they work better with the Garmin than the Wahoo (unsurprisingly).
I much prefer the navigation and display of the wahoo, and really like that you can show information in the LEDs around the bezel.
If I didn't have Garmin pedals I'd stick with wahoo.

Sorry, me again. I've cut the chain down to the recommended 112 links, but still get heaps of chain slap on the chainstay. I know a little bit of chainslap is expected, but in my case it seems excessive (going over grates in the pavement etc.). I'm nervous of damage to the DS chainstay, even with a bit of protective tape applied.

Are the clamps with the rotating whatsit better?
