I work in UCH A+E x-ray dept. Usually good but the triage nurse sounds a bit dismissive.

Wish I'd seen this earlier. I would have had you seen, x-rayed and out in 30mins. Not much good to you now but I can smooth the journey through A+E at any point if the arm keeps giving you grief?

Sports Direct sell Muddy Fox gear thats generally heavily discounted. I picked up a pair of waterpoof trousers with decent sealed zips and velcro adjustment on the ankles/calves for £19 when they should have been £50. Selection available can bea bit random but it's worth a look.

are those muddy fox trousers any good, are they fully waterproof, and are they long in the leg, so they don't ride up when you sit down?

The muddy fox ones looked ok, but i opted for the karrimor waterproof only a couple of quid more and they just seemed better made, anyway I got the x-large for leg length and they work a treat so far, only down side no pockets

I agree Guys, love riding through the West End at 6am, is hard to beat anywhere, I dont get to do it as much as I`d like, I wonder, do you think folks would be up for an organised ride at that time of the morning ???

^ Agreed. Riding fast through London at 6:00am when your bike is at one with you and feels like an extension of your body is pretty hard to beat. As good as any Welsh/ Scotish single track on the MTB.
