I'm in a valley next to a few lakes, morning mist is pretty epic here. We don't have dry air.

Ah well, Landlord is now asking for an extra £100 a month so sure we'll see the mould return this year.

I know I have a unique bubble of friends and acquaintances and this probably isnt the sentiment across the UK, but 4 people (2 single mums and 2 families with kids) have told me they've cancelled their DD, gone quarterly billing and are just going to get into debt over winter and have no plan/ability to fully pay it off. Just kick the can further down the road for as long as possible.

Get a jar and poke her in with a stick from behind, she should go in quite agreeably, beer mat over the top and take her to a shed or garage to live out the winter. My eldest has a nack for just picking up the bigger ones from behind by their abdomen somehow without squishing or dropping them.
